Week 1: Softening Towards Your Blocks
A deep dive into what’s really going on in our minds and bodies when we’re creatively blocked.
Week 2: (Don’t) Look Back In Anger
A look at the state of the world, the way it affects us, and how we can use anger to fuel our journey of change.
Week 3: Forgiveness, Can You Imagine?
A look at how our hang-ups around failure, and how we can give ourselves more grace for having the courage to show up in the first place.
Week 4: Big, Bad, Overwhelm
A look below the surface of overwhelm and how we can demystify procrastination into real emotions that we can understand, soothe, and nurture.
Week 5: Group Support session
A space to check in about your journey and progress, to share about your experience with others, and feel supported by fellow creatives.
Week 6: Body Doubling Session #1
An online body doubling session with your cohort, with check-ins, intention setting and co-working where you can make progress with your project.
Week 7: Joy, Flow and Nurturing
A look at how to treat your creativity as sacred, and how to use your why to connect to your joy and find your flow.
Week 8: Vulnerability & Strength
A look at how our emotions and our experiences are the bedrock of our creativity, and how we can lean in to find our power.
Week 9: Body Doubling Session #2
An online body doubling session with your cohort, with check-ins, intention setting, co-working where you can make progress with your project, and setting final intentions moving forward.
Week 10: Group Support Session & Wrap Up
A space to check in about your progress, to share about your experience with others, and feel supported by community as you get ready to fly the nest and continue your journey beyond this course.

Come As You Are
Pyjamas, bed hair, low spoons, overexcited - this is an invitation to come to this programme, and the sessions, are you are.
Take however you are doing and feeling with you into the discussions, the creative exercises, and the body doubling sessions.
Make it work for you. Make the adjustments you need and ask for them, too.
If you show up feeling sad, discouraged, angry - that’s okay. Lean into the feelings rather than telling yourself you should feel a certain way.
A huge part of the journey of this workshop is helping you to soften you towards your feelings.
Your Feelings Are A Portal
Speaking of… this course is an invitation to welcome your feelings are they are, instead of shying away from them or trying to go around them.
But the goal is to get yourself more comfortable with your feelings, not to make yourself uncomfortable.
It’s all about what is possible and accessible for you in that moment, as you are now.

You do not need to identify as either to join the course, but please know this is an unapologetically inclusive course where we’ll be cultivating radical acceptance, and vulnerability.

Tuning Into Your Body
The workshops will incorporate some brief moments of body mind connection, with some mindful movement.
will always present at least a couple of options for you to pick from, and you are also always welcome to opt out.
The aim isn’t to force you to become one with your body if you don’t have the capacity, but to help you gain a little more insight into how your blocks and your emotions manifest in your body, so you have more tools to understand yourself and your emotions.

When does the course take place?
The course will take place online on Zoom, from January 13th to March 10th, 2026.

All sessions will be recorded, so you can catch up later in case there’s a date you can’t make.
How much does it cost?
The price for this course is £350 per person.
