60 minute creative coaching sessions

Is there a road block you can’t seem to figure out? It could be getting started with a special project, an unexpected loss of momentum, or something you can’t seem to finish, no matter how much you want to.

Or maybe you know the kind of life you want to lead and the creative you want to be... but you just can’t seem to get there, and you’re worried it’s too late and you missed your chance.

Either way — you’re tired of getting in your own way.

Work with me to figure out what’s holding you back, find the answers you need, and get the tools you need to support your emotional well-being and your creativity from here on.

What it costs:

  • Your first session is entirely free!

  • After that, it’s pay-what-you-can on a sliding scale: from £70 to £120/session.

What’s included for a one-off session:

  • A 60-minute video coaching session on Zoom.

  • Aftercare: A check in on month after our session in your preferred format (email, messaging, or voice notes).

What’s included with multiple sessions:

  • If you want to make a significant change or shift in your life, I would usually recommend working together for 3 to 6 months, with bi-weekly or monthly sessions, depending on your goal and capacity.

  • If you commit to 6 or more sessions upfront, you get extra support outside the sessions: weekly check ins in between sessions (written or voice notes), session notes, reflection prompts, creative exercises…
