I’m an narrative coach for neurodivergent creatives & writers, with a background inTV producing!
Welcome to my world of ✨big feelings!✨
Here’s my backstory:
As a late diagnosed autistic, queer human, I’d built a life that constantly left me feeling exhausted and burned out.
I knew what I was good at, but I was constantly stretching myself in ways that drained me. I wanted to make room for my creativity and my writing, but it felt like a dream I’d spent too long ignoring. I’d stopped believing in myself.
Then I decided I was done living a life that didn’t work for me.
I started taking my instincts, my feelings, and my creativity seriously. And my life started to change.
I quit my permanent job and shifted to freelance work. I figured out that my feelings held all the answers I needed in order to build a life where I thrived creatively and personally. And I realised I am most definitely AuDHD, and that changed my understanding of myself, and my ability to work with my brain, instead of against it.
I have found ways to harness my big feelings without letting my busy brain get in the way. It’s transformed my work, my writing, my creativity, and my relationships.
And I would love to help YOU on your own journey.
My background & experience
With 15 years of experience in scripted TV as a Story Producer, working hand in hand with talent to make their vision a reality, and making a major BBC one series called Death Valley, my work as a Coach for Neurodivergent Creatives, Writers and Storytellers is informed both by years of practical experience building close relationships with creatives from all walks of lives, as well as my own journey as a queer, neurodivergent artist.
I live much of my life outside the margins of normativity (hello, neurodivergence, non-monogamy, relationship anarchy, and s-x positivity), and I feel incredibly strongly about making space for the authenticity of people's lived experiences and emotions.
I always bring warmth, care, curiosity, kindness, and enthusiasm. Helping others find their way is what brings me joy.
I’m based in the UK and work remotely, though I spend a lot of time in London, which is my home base.

My own creative practice
Hi! You’re still reading, which makes me happy because, as an AuDHDer, I’m all about diving deep!
Here’s a little bit more about my own creative practice, so you get to know me more and the kind of things I make alongside my editorial and coaching work…
I’m a writer, a poet, a burlesque performer, a zine editor… and I hope to add more forms of creativity to the list in the future 💜
I make things the only way I know how: with my whole heart.
