Gentle creative workshops

where neurodivergent creatives can grow and thrive

I run a monthly creative workshop for my Big Feelings newsletter community, exploring different emotions and how they play into your creative or writing practice, and living with a spicy, busy brain and big feelings.

The workshops are free - all you need to access them is to be on my email list. As long as you’re registered for the individual workshop, you also get access to the replay for one month.

Upcoming dates:

Radical Self-Compassion (Isn’t Perfection) | Wednesday 16th September 6-7:30pm BST

A gentle exploration of how being nicer to ourselves can be a game-changer in our relationships with ourselves as neurodivergent humans and creatives, and how to keep perfection from turning this into more pressure than you're already putting on yourself.

Channeling Your Big Feelings Through Your Creativity | Thursday 22nd October 6-7:30pm BST:

Tickets & details will be released on October 1st.

Wednesday 11th November 6-7:30pm GMT

Come As You Are

Pyjamas, bed hair, low spoons, overexcited - this is an invitation to come to the workshops as you are. Take however you are doing and feeling with you into the discussions and the prompts. Engage at your own pace.

Inclusivity

These are a queer-friendly, inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly workshops. You do not need to identify as either to join the workshops, but please know this is an unapologetically inclusive space where I’ll always cultivate radical acceptance.

⭐️ What people say about my workshops & courses ⭐️

“By the end of the course I felt gentler with myself and my creativity, and less intimidated by any challenges that would come up. I had a greater acceptance that by doing this course, I wasn't eliminating challenges from the creative process, but bolstering my ability to see them for what they are and face them with compassion and sardonic whimsy.” - Heenu
