… whether you’re autistic, ADHD, AuDhd, whether you self-identify, got the elusive official diagnosis, you’re late-diagnosed, or you don’t know what the heck is up with your busy brain half the time…

I spent 15 years working as a scripted TV producer, supporting writers to tell stories and shape narratives in the most authentic way.

Now I do for neurodivergent folks what I used to do for projects and scripts: I help them shape their life into a new narrative and build an authentic life that works for them.

This is the right course for you if…

  • You want to change your life but you’re not sure where to start.

  • You’re neurodivergent - autism, AHDH, AuDHD - and you feel totally overwhelmed by the idea of making a change or knowing what’s right.

  • You are a creative person, a writer or a storyteller and stories have always played an important role in your life.

  • There are some recurring patterns in your life that you want to break, but they sometimes feel inevitable.

  • You’re not always sure you like the outcome or the choices of your own story.

& THIS is where you want to be!

  • You’ve gained perspective on the story of your life, and you understand how your own beliefs might have influenced your past choices.

  • You feel a sense of agency over your own life, and the story you choose to tell yourself about it.

  • You have a sense of clarity as to what direction you want your life to take, and how to support the way your brain works.

  • You understand how stories and narrative can support or hinder your dreams, desires and decisions.

  • You’re no longer trapped in your personal narrative, but empowered by it.

What you get for only £79 (early bird price):

💥 2× 120 mins expert-led creative workshops:

  • Session 1 - November 18th 6-8pm UK time: A gentle exploration of what makes a good story, a chance to map out and write out your own story.

  • Session 2- November 25th 6-8pm UK time:: A look at how we make meaning and create beliefs from our life events, a chance to start rewriting your own story according to the future you’re looking for.

✍🏼 Daily journalling prompts for 14 days

  • The prompts will start on November 16th and end on November 28th.

💬 Access to a private group chat, with continuous async coaching support.

Come As You Are

Pyjamas, bed hair, low spoons, overexcited - this is an invitation to come to this course, and both sessions, as you are. Take however you are doing and feeling with you into the discussions and the prompts. Engage at your own pace.

Inclusivity

This is a queer-friendly, neurodivergent-friendly course. You do not need to identify as either to join the course, but please know this is an unapologetically inclusive space where we’ll be cultivating radical acceptance.

⭐️ What previous attendees have said about my courses ⭐️

Screenshot of a thank you message expressing gratitude to Laurie for help, tools, confidence, and support, including a praying hands emoji.

“By the end of the course I felt gentler with myself and my creativity, and less intimidated by any challenges that would come up. I had a greater acceptance that by doing this course, I wasn't eliminating challenges from the creative process, but bolstering my ability to see them for what they are and face them with compassion and sardonic whimsy.” - Heenu
