👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏿 Busy Brains is an online body doubling community for neurodivergent folx, whether you are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, diagnosis or not!

🌈 This is an inclusive, gentle co-working space to get things done with virtual company, which includes optional intention-setting and creative prompt at the start of the session, and an optional check in at the end of the session.

🎟️ Join any session for a low fee of £3. You can book them in advance, or join last minute.

💌 Once you’ve attended a session, you get access to a private group chat to keep one another motivated, accountable, and supported throughout your endeavours.

I am not currently running these body doubling sessions (as of September 2026).
